Zentrix Labs is a product company building indigenous AI, robotics, autonomous-systems, and cybersecurity products for mission-critical environments. We are based in Guwahati, Assam, and we are at an early stage — two founders, active product development, working prototypes, and a clear direction.
A product company, not a research project.
Zentrix Labs was founded in 2026 in Guwahati, Assam. The company has a student-led, research-driven origin and is building toward commercial product capability across three distinct product lines: autonomous ground systems (DROGGO), robotics and manipulation (HUGO-I), and AI security evaluation.
We describe ourselves as a product company deliberately. We are not building academic research for its own sake, and we are not building a services or consultancy business. We are building products — defined systems with defined users, validation roadmaps, and a path from prototype to deployment.
We are being transparent about our stage. We are early. We have working prototypes, active collaborations with Cyberwave and Robocurve, and a confidential collaboration with an external AI company. We do not have deployed products, external funding, or commercial revenue yet. That is where we are.
Building from Northeast India is a deliberate choice.
Guwahati sits at a strategically significant intersection — at the crossroads of South, Southeast, and East Asia, adjacent to some of India's most operationally demanding terrain. Building autonomous systems in proximity to the environments they are designed for is an advantage, not a constraint.
Northeast India has historically been underrepresented in India's deep-technology ecosystem. Zentrix Labs is being built here deliberately — because the talent exists, because the problems are visible and proximate, and because we believe a serious technology company can be built from anywhere if the work is real and the products are genuine.

Indigenous products for systems that cannot afford to fail.
India imports a significant proportion of the technology it uses in mission-critical environments. That creates dependencies that are strategic vulnerabilities — not just commercial inefficiencies. Zentrix Labs is building to reduce those dependencies in specific, focused domains: autonomous ground systems, robotics, and AI security.
We are not building for every market. We are building three products, doing them properly, and establishing that serious product capability can be developed indigenously in India from a base outside the established technology hubs. That is the demonstration we are working toward.

Zentrix Labs operates across defense-adjacent and AI security domains where team member privacy is an appropriate security consideration.
